Developed OOP server-side code to store a list of favorite movies, including box art imagery and a movie trailer URL. I served this data as a web page allowing visitors to review their movies and watch the trailers.

It's one caveat to this app. GitHub pages doesn't allow for server side scripts, so I'm currently changing the app now.

Developed JavaScript Calculator web app. It logically calculates the data based on how the user enters it by utilizing the eval() function, which was used in this case to evaluate (calculate) the numeric data. The AC button was coded to clear all remaining data after the calculations.

Developed OOP Android Push Up Tracker App. While working out, I noticed it was tough to keep jotting the workout numbers down while continuing to try to get back to my workout. Being a programmer, I decided to create my own push up tracker app because doing so would only help to enhance one’s programming skills. The app is coded using multiple methods to correctly capture and increment the amount of push ups for the user. If the user decides to restart his/her workout, the reset method will allow for such.

Designed to help students that are studying for the CompTia Security Plus certification, by testing their protocol knowledge. The programmatic logic test two arrays comparing their index values against each other in order to check the input data for correct or incorrect answers.

Completed a desktop application game (Tech Jeopardy) in C# that’s similar in logic to the traditional Jeopardy game show but reverse engineered to ask tech related questions. One user versus the AI. Multiple arrays are used to check questions and answer data against each other to come up with a logical conclusion.

Implemented a real world health profile application in C# that’s used to calculate a person’s BMI, given the formula “BMI = (Weight * 703) / (Height * Height)”. Used the OOP logical paradigm to calculate the person’s age, and minimum and maximum, heart rate.

Automated reservations system. You’ve been asked to develop the new system. You’re to write an ap- plication to assign seats on each flight of the airline’s only plane (capacity: 10 seats). Your application should display the following alternatives: Please type 1 for First Class and Please type 2 for Economy . If the user types 1 , your application should assign a seat in the first- class section (seats 1–5). If the user types 2 , your application should assign a seat in the economy section (seats 6–10). Your application should then display a boarding pass indicating the person’s seat number and whether it’s in the first-class or economy section of the plane. Use a one-dimensional array of primitive type boolean to represent the seating chart of the plane. Initialize all the elements of the array to false to indicate that all the seats are empty. As each seat is assigned, set the corresponding element of the array to true to indicate that the seat is no longer available. Your application should never assign a seat that has already been assigned. When the economy section is full, your application should ask the person if it’s acceptable to be placed in the first-class section (and vice versa). If yes, make the appropriate seat assignment. If no, display the message "Next flight leaves in 3 hours.

Implemented a graduation planner desktop application in Java, using the constraints defined by the project. Swing API is used to create the graphical user interface. Created exception handling using try/catch, to insure ease of program flow, and input validation. The Java AWT toolkit was used to create sound in the application.

Implemented the OOP paradigm using Java to correctly construct objects to relay the captured information to the entire application. Implemented encapsulation, while logically looping through array’s data to capture it and place it inside of an array list to be processed by all data parsing methods.
